  Q-flex300 (QED technologies) is an MRF polishing machine for free-form surfaces. MRF (Magneto-Rheological Finishing) is "Magneto-Viscoelastic Fluid Finishing", Magneto-Rheological Fluid containing abrasive is poured onto a rotating wheel. The fluid is precisely controlled, and the process reproducibility is extremely high, it is an extremely effective processing technology not only for surface roughness improvement, but also for shape modification.
